The Typographic Printing Program is a 13-day typography and letterpress printing intense course in Switzerland. It is founded on the work of Swiss poster designer and letterpress printer Dafi Kühne, and its objective is to explore progressive typography in conjunction with traditional analog tools. All exercises are conducted utilising letterpress printing presses and physical type. This meticulous process, though time-consuming, enables participants to hone in on concepts and micro typography, while exploring fresh approaches with traditional technologies.

Since 2016, TPP has had more than 120 participants from a total of 24 different countries. In 2022 and 2023 we have conducted satellite sessions in collaboration with Hoffmitz Milken Center for Typography in Pasadena, CA.
